My journey of getting my health back on track I did mostly by myself(2010-2014), back then I was deeply into long distance running. I got into weight training in 2013 after losing 20kg of weight that I gained after quitting smoking.
I am a competitive athlete since 2015. I have competed in few federations, started with UKBFF – Women’s Physique category, then PCA-Trained Figure, followed by Open Bodybuilding show MaxxMuscle and 2BrosPro. 2019 my main focus was on getting to the PRO ranks so I put everything on one show and succeeded at 10xAthletic Amateur Olympia in London where I received an IFBB PRO League Card.
My passion for Bodybuilding grows with every year. I love seeing others reaching their goals. With my clients I always focus on the areas where I think they need most improvement on to create that perfect balance.
I also help in simple weight loss process. I do understand all ups and downs of it as I been trough it myself on a very lonely road so If you struggle, reach out to me and we can start your road to the greatness, (not necessarily in a competitive way). Health is always the main factor.
