I got into training 4 years ago, tried abit of everything but totally fell in love with weight training! I loved feeling strong and seeing my body change. I never thought I could change the things I disliked about myself but bodybuilding and the right mindset allowed me to do this, I needed to help other people feel how I felt so I trained to become a personal trainer. After working with a number of clients I wanted to learn more about the musculoskeletal system, how we move and how to be able to reach my clients full potential this encouraged me into training to be level 4 in Sports Massage and Injury Management.
